Equipment, Documentation, and Support in Your Language

BTI is committed to providing the easiest-to-use equipment in the industry. For this reason, we offer multilingual equipment, documentation, and support to all of our customers. PC and PLC interfaces — along with identification tags on the equipment — can be customized to display multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and others. In addition, all documentation, including software, manuals, and mechanical and electrical drawings can be provided in alternate language. Furthermore, the BTI team includes many bilingual personnel to aid in translation and aftermarket support.
